It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Suzanna Bordeaux, who left this world peacefully from natural causes, embraced by the love of her family. Born on February 9, 1940, in the charming town of Savannah, Georgia, Suzanna's life was a testament to love, dedication, and kindness. Suzanna was the beloved daughter of Thelma Bordeaux, who instilled in her the values of compassion and resilience that she carried throughout her life. Her long and fulfilling career as an accountant at Miami Dade Community College spanned 35 years, during which she not only excelled professionally but also touched the lives of countless students and colleagues with her warmth and generosity. Suzanna's greatest joy came from her family. She is survived by her adoring son, Carl Lee Ward Jr., her cherished sister, Terry Bordeaux, and her beloved sister, Shalonda Price. Suzanna's legacy of love and kindness lives on through her five treasured grandchildren, who were the light of her life. A celebration of Suzanna's life will take place on September 5, 2026, at 9:00 AM at Mount Calvary, located at 8524 Lakes Drive, Live Oak, Florida. Family and friends are invited to gather and honor the remarkable life she led and the profound impact she had on all who knew her. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Suzanna's memory to the American Heart Association, a cause she held dear. Her unwavering spirit and generous heart will forever be remembered by those who had the privilege of knowing her. Suzanna Bordeaux will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love, kindness, and dedication will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to be touched by her presence.
