Susan was the beloved daughter of Ralph and Nancy Cleveland, who nurtured in her a zest for life that would touch the hearts of all who knew her. She was predeceased by her mother, Nancy, whose memory she cherished deeply. She is survived by her devoted father, Ralph, who shared with her a bond of profound understanding and mutual admiration.
A proud and loving mother, Susan's legacy lives on through her children and their spouses: Samantha and Joseph Clements, Nicketa and Daniel Vidals, and David Fife with Marissa DeForge. Her children were her pride and joy, each carrying forward the values she instilled in them with her unwavering guidance and love. Susan's laughter and warm embrace remain in the hearts of her eight cherished grandchildren, each a bright light in her life. They were the center of her world, and she cherished every moment spent playing, teaching, and nurturing them.
Susan's vibrant personality was reflected in her many hobbies and interests. She had a passion for cooking and baking, often experimenting with new recipes that delighted her family and friends. Her sewing skills were unmatched, and she took great joy in creating beautiful garments and crafts. An ardent gardener, Susan found peace and fulfillment in nurturing her plants, much like the love she bestowed upon her family. Her adventurous, wild spirit often led her to home renovation projects that showcased her crafty ideas and resourcefulness. Known for her quick wit and infectious humor, Susan was also an extraordinary party planner, ensuring every gathering was filled with joy and unforgettable moments.
She shared her life with her siblings, Tamela Pellerin, Carol Weeks, and Bill Cleveland, each of whom held a special place in her heart. Together, they created cherished memories that will endure in the stories they share and the laughter they continue to bring to one another.
Susan's life was a testament to the beauty of living with intention, creativity, and love. A private family ceremony will be held to honor Susan's memory. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to a charity of your choice, in Susan's name, to continue her legacy of love and giving.
