Suanne P Page
April 21, 1960 — February 19, 2026
It is with heavy hearts yet warm memories that we announce the peaceful passing of Suanne P. Page on February 19, 2026, at her home, surrounded by the love and comfort of her family. Born on April 21, 1960, in the vibrant city of Chicago, Illinois, Suanne's life was a beautiful tapestry of love, laughter, and cherished memories, woven together with threads of kindness and joy.
Suanne was the beloved daughter of the late Michael and Dorothy Chojnowski, who preceded her in death but left an indelible mark on her spirit. She was deeply devoted to her family, and her legacy of love lives on in her surviving son, Erik Chojnowski, her sister, Patricia Fabian, her brother, Joseph Chojnowski, and her cherished nieces and nephews. Though her marriage to Mark Page ended in divorce, the memories of their time together and the family they built remain a treasured part of her story.
A proud alumna of Kelly High School in Chicago, Suanne was a woman of many passions and talents. Her love for the outdoors was evident each spring as she planted flowers, transforming her garden into a vibrant canvas of color and life. Her deck, lovingly decorated with each changing season, was a testament to her creative spirit and her love for nature’s beauty.
Suanne had an infectious joy for life, exemplified by her annual tradition of sending holiday cards and, in later years, holiday GIFs to her friends, spreading cheer and warmth from her heart to theirs. Her fondness for music, especially rock and roll, filled her home with rhythms and melodies that echoed her lively spirit.
Cooking was another of Suanne’s many gifts, and her kitchen was often a gathering place for family and friends, where she shared not only meals but laughter and love. Evenings spent coloring or playing with her beloved dogs were times of tranquility and joy, reflecting her nurturing nature and her deep affection for animals.
Sundays were often reserved for outings, especially for the occasional fish fry, a simple pleasure that brought her immense joy. Suanne’s conversations were often sprinkled with fond recollections of her childhood adventures and camping trips with her father, stories that she shared with a twinkle in her eye and a smile on her lips.
Suanne's absence leaves a void that will be deeply felt, but her spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Her life was a testament to the power of kindness, the warmth of family, and the joy of simple, heartfelt pleasures. As we bid farewell to this remarkable woman, we celebrate the life she lived and the love she gave so freely.
A private family service will be held to honor Suanne's memory. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a local animal shelter, a cause that was close to her heart.
Rest in peace, dear Suanne. Your love, laughter, and spirit will forever be with us.
