Born on May 10, 1970, in Atlanta, Georgia, Steven was the cherished son of Nancy and Harold Moore. He is predeceased by his loving mother, Nancy Moore, whose memory remained a guiding light in his life. Steven was a man of profound warmth and boundless humor, known for his quick wit and an ever-present warm smile. With a joke at the ready, he had an extraordinary gift for lightening any mood, making everyone feel instantly welcome and valued in his presence. His kindness and generosity left an indelible mark on the countless lives he touched, fostering a legacy of love and laughter that will be cherished by all who knew him. A devoted father, Steven is survived by his beloved children—Vernisha Smith, Steven Smith, Destiny Miller, and Eternity Miller—who were the pride and joy of his life. He was also a dear brother to Andrew Smith, sharing a bond that was deep and enduring. His legacy lives on in his eight grandchildren, each a testament to the love and wisdom he imparted to his family. Steven's life will be celebrated at a service on May 30, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at World Changers Church International, located at 2500 Burdett Rd, College Park, GA 30349. Family, friends, and all whose lives he touched are invited to join in remembering a life beautifully lived, filled with laughter, kindness, and a spirit that will never be forgotten.
