Stetson Lee
February 28, 2023 — June 9, 2026
Stetson Lee, a spirited and beloved child, graced our world on February 28, 2023, in Sikeston, Missouri, and left us far too soon on June 9, 2026, at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. In his short but vibrant life, Stetson captivated everyone around him with his boundless curiosity, infectious humor, and ambitious spirit.
Born to Rebecca Lynn, Stetson was a beacon of joy and laughter, embodying the true essence of childhood wonder. From the moment he opened his eyes, it was clear that Stetson was a special soul, destined to make an indelible mark on the hearts of those fortunate enough to know him.
Stetson's love for adventure was evident in his many passions, which he pursued with the zeal and unbridled enthusiasm that only a child could muster. Whether he was spending peaceful afternoons fishing by the water's edge, tinkering with toy cars in an earnest attempt to understand how they worked, or gleefully playing in the mud, Stetson embraced each moment with a bright, inquisitive spirit.
His admiration for Spider-Man was well-known; the young hero saw a kindred spirit in the web-slinging superhero, drawn to his courage and his sense of justice. Much like his favorite hero, Stetson exhibited a bravery and strength beyond his years, inspiring all who knew him with his resilient spirit.
Those who had the joy of knowing Stetson will remember him for his intelligence and wit, qualities that often left adults marveling at his perceptive nature and clever observations. He had an uncanny ability to bring smiles and laughter wherever he went, leaving a trail of fond memories in his wake.
In these moments of profound sadness, we find solace in the joyful memories Stetson created and the love he shared so freely. Although his time with us was brief, his impact is everlasting, and he will be forever cherished in the hearts of his family and friends.
A private funeral service will be held on June 10, 2026, where family and close friends will gather to celebrate the life of a remarkable boy who brought light and love into their lives.
In honor of Stetson's memory, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Louis Children’s Hospital, a place that cared for him with compassion and dedication.
As we bid farewell to our precious Stetson, let us carry forward his legacy of joy, love, and boundless curiosity, remembering always the little boy who taught us the true power of a smile and the simple beauty of being present in each moment.
