Beyond the road, Stephen was a man of many interests. He took immense pride in attending BBQ cookoff competitions, always striving to present his "winning" best. His love for all vintage and classic car and truck shows was matched only by his passion for listening to classic music of many genres, sipping on his favorite beer, and enjoying the circle of friends and family around a stoked firepit on chilly evenings. Stephen's warm heart and willingness to always lend a helping hand were known by all who had the privilege of crossing his path. His love for animals, ear for music, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life made him a beloved figure in his community.
