It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Stanley Weah, cherished son, nephew, grandson,beloved brother, and a dear friend to many, left us too soon on August 26, 2026. Stanley was born on January 1, 2003, in Cote d'Ivoire, to Sophia Wesseh. His journey took him to Midvale, Utah, where he became a vibrant part of the community. Stanley's early years were filled with the joy of family and the promise of a bright future. He graduated from Highland High School in 2021, a testament to his dedication and perseverance. His pursuit of knowledge led him to Salt Lake Community College, where he earned his associate degree in 2024. Stanley was known for his commitment to learning and his boundless enthusiasm for life. Stanley worked as a technician at Cold-Tech, where his expertise and work ethic were admired by colleagues and clients alike. Beyond his career, Stanley's life was enriched by his love for nature and adventure. He found peace and exhilaration in hiking and camping, while his passion for dancing and working out was infectious to those around him. Stanley's radiant smile and courageous spirit touched everyone he met. His love for his family was unwavering, and he leaves behind cherished memories that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him. Though words cannot fully capture the essence of Stanley's life, he will be missed deeply and remembered fondly by all who were fortunate to have known him. A public viewing will be held on September 8, 2026, from 2:00 to 3:00 P.M., followed by a burial service from 3:00 to 4:00 P.M. at Valley View Funeral Home, located at 4335 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah, 84120. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Stanley are invited to join in celebrating his life and legacy. Stanley Weah's light may have dimmed on Earth, but his spirit will shine brightly in our hearts forever.
