Stacey's journey began on December 21, 1982, in the vibrant city of Corpus Christi, Texas. Her life was a testament to her unwavering love for her family, her passion for capturing life's most precious moments through photography, and her nurturing spirit. Stacey was the cherished daughter of Kelly Eggert and Juanita Pierce, both of whom predeceased her and undoubtedly welcomed her into their loving embrace. Born and raised in Corpus Christi, Stacey's roots were deep, and her heart was full of warmth and kindness. A graduate of Ray High School in 2003, Stacey's journey was marked by her commitment to learning and her desire to create beauty in the world. Her enthusiasm for photography was evident in the way she captured the essence of her subjects, finding joy in the smallest details and transforming them into lasting memories. Her garden was another testament to her love for life's natural wonders, where she spent countless hours nurturing plants and flowers, finding peace in the simple pleasures of nature. In 2014, Stacey married the love of her life, Michael Mendoza, embarking on a journey filled with love and laughter. Together, they built a life centered around their two cherished children, Daimen and Marley Mendoza. Stacey's devotion to her family was unparalleled; she was their guiding light, an unwavering source of support and encouragement. Stacey's gentle spirit, infectious laughter, and boundless love will be deeply missed by her husband Michael, her son Daimen, her daughter Marley, and all those who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love, kindness, and beauty will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched. A celebration of Stacey's life will be held on April 30, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Forrest Park, located at 5605 State Hwy 69 S.
