Stacey, born on July 4, 1986, passed away on July 27, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, compassion, and cherished memories. Stacey was a beacon of light, known for her infectious smile and laughter that could brighten the darkest of days. She was a woman who dedicated her life to helping others and found immense joy in the company of her beloved family. Whether it was through small acts of kindness or offering a listening ear to those in need, Stacey's generosity knew no bounds. She is lovingly survived by her son, James Russell Allen, who was the apple of her eye. Her devotion to him was unparalleled, and she took immense pride in watching him grow. Stacey also leaves behind her nurturing mother, JoAnn Stillwell, who was her earliest role model in compassion and strength. Her sisters, Amanda Stillwell, Tracey Stillwell, and wife Dea Stillwell, and Tanya Davis, along with her brother, Bill Allenbaugh, will forever cherish the moments they shared with her, holding onto the laughter and love that Stacey brought to their lives. Stacey was predeceased by her father, Curtis Stillwell, whom she dearly missed and often spoke of with great fondness. Her cherished grandkids, along with her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends, will miss her deeply, but they will carry her spirit with them, remembering the warmth and joy she brought into their lives. A celebration of life ceremony will be held to celebrate Stacey's life, where her family and friends will gather to honor her memory and bid farewell to a remarkable woman whose presence will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
