Stacey was born on May 7, 1967, in the serene town of Freeport, New York, to the late Paul and Nona Worthy. Her journey was one of profound impact and unconditional love, leaving behind a tapestry of cherished memories that will forever be etched in the hearts of those she touched. Stacey was a woman of grace and compassion, known for her kind spirit and unwavering dedication to her family and community. She possessed a natural ability to bring people together, fostering connections that transcended the boundaries of time and distance. Her warmth and empathy were the cornerstones of her relationships, and she was a beacon of light to all who had the privilege of knowing her. In her lifetime, Stacey embraced the roles of a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother with unparalleled enthusiasm and love. The legacy she leaves is carried on by her children and two beloved grandchildren, who were the pride and joy of her life. Her nurturing spirit and gentle guidance will continue to influence their lives and inspire them to follow in her footsteps of kindness and generosity. Stacey was predeceased by her cherished parents, Paul and Nona Worthy, and her beloved in-law, James "Big Daddy" Addy. Though their loss was profound, Stacey found solace and strength in the memories they shared, and she carried their love with her always. A private funeral ceremony will be held in honor of Stacey's wishes, allowing her family and close friends to gather in intimate remembrance. While we cannot gather as a community to celebrate her life, we invite those who wish to pay tribute to Stacey's memory to consider donations to a charity of their choice in her honor.
