March 14, 1986 — July 29, 2026

It is with deep sorrow and heartfelt love that we announce the passing of our beloved son, who left us on July 29, 2026. Born on March 14, 1986, in El Paso, Texas, he was a cherished son to Patricia Mejia Ayala and Mark Ayala. His life, though unexpectedly cut short, was filled with love, laughter, and an unyielding passion for the things he held dear. A proud alumnus of the University of Texas at El Paso, he pursued his interests with vigor and enthusiasm. His love for reading, web development, attending professional wrestling events, and following his favorite ice hockey teams was well known to those close to him. His quick wit and warm smile were infectious, lighting up any room he entered and leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Juan and Ofelia Mejia, and his paternal grandparents, Manuel and Gloria Ayala, and Aunt Norma Torres. He is survived by his loving mother, Patricia M. Ayala and father Mark Ayala, his siblings Jonathan Ian Ayala and half-brother Hunter Ayala, who will forever cherish the memories they created together. A service to celebrate his life will be held on August 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Mt Carmel Funeral Home, located at 1755 N. Zaragoza. Family and friends are invited to join us in remembering and honoring a remarkable life that brought joy to so many. The family extends their deepest gratitude to the staff at Las Palmas - ICU Department for their compassionate and attentive care. We also wish to thank our family and friends who have supported us during this incredibly difficult time. Your love and support mean the world to us, and we are eternally grateful. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to a charity of your choice, as a tribute to his generous spirit and love for helping others. He will be profoundly missed but will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
