Sister was the beloved daughter of Gruder Tolliver and Rosi Mae Parker, and the cherished child of BJ Milligan. She was preceded in death by her devoted parents, her loving husband, Romont Bailey, and her infant son. The heartache of her passing also reunites her with her dearly missed brothers, Matthew and Larry Tolliver.
A pillar of strength and nurturing, Sister's legacy continues through her surviving family members. Her son, Arthur Ray Lackey, and his wife, Renee, remain ever grateful for the love and guidance she imparted. Sister's life was further enriched by the companionship of her sister, Joyce Green, and her husband, Darrell Green, as well as her brother, Gruder Tolliver. Together, they formed a tapestry of love and support that Sister cherished deeply.
