With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Sindey C. West-Davis, a beloved son, brother, father, and friend, who left this world on July 8, 2026. Born on February 28, 1994, Sindey brought joy and warmth to all who knew him. His infectious smile and kind spirit will be deeply missed. Sindey was a pillar of love and support in his family. He was the cherished son of Simone Davis and Sidney West. His memory will forever live in the hearts of his devoted parents. Sindey was also a loving brother to Joseph Davis, Jarrod Davis, B’ki Webb, B’Kia Webb, Sidtreona Seldon, Jakira Seldon, and Armani West. As a father, he showered his children, Jaquez Moore and Jariya Fortson, with boundless love and guidance, leaving them with treasured memories of his wisdom and affection. He was adored by his extended family, including his uncles, Jeffrey Davis, Jathan Davis, and Durrell A. Evans, and his great aunt, Debra Ladson. Sindey was also blessed with the love of his godmother, Leesah Griggs, and godbrother, Sentrez Davis. The Davis family, a formidable presence in his life, will always remember him fondly. Sindey's life was enriched by the friendships he cultivated. His kindness and generosity of spirit touched many, and he will be remembered for his unwavering loyalty and support. In honoring Sindey's life, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice, reflecting his commitment to helping others.
