Born in St. Paul, Minnesota, on November 8, 1964, Simone was the cherished daughter of the late Mary Ann and Limmie Wiggins. She was embraced by her parents in the afterlife, having been predeceased by them. Simone's life was a testament to love, dedication, and perseverance. She built a distinguished career in property management, where she served as a senior property manager with Ryan Companies for over 20 years. Her professionalism, leadership, and strong work ethic were a reflection of the passion she brought to every role, leaving an indelible mark on her colleagues and the community she served so diligently. More than any professional accomplishment, Simone will be remembered for her unwavering devotion to her family. She shared a beautiful partnership with George Harris, and together they raised two incredible daughters, Tiffany and Brittany. Simone took immense pride in her treasured grandson, Jamelle Shoals Jr., and cherished her role as a "bonus" mother to Jazmyne Harris. Her sister, Felicia Hubbard, and brother, Jerome Hubbard, will forever hold her in their hearts. Simone had an extraordinary gift for encouraging others, often bringing laughter and joy to those around her. She was a devoted Minnesota Vikings fan and a beacon of happiness and warmth to her family and friends. Her legacy of love and laughter will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. A celebration of Simone's life will be held on July 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Spielman Funeral Home, located at 344 University Ave, St. Paul, MN 55104.
