Born on January 2, 1946, in San Gabriel, CA, Shuyuan was a beacon of love and strength to her family and friends. The daughter of Yuehkuan Lin, Shuyuan was raised with an unwavering dedication to family values and compassion, virtues she carried throughout her life. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, offering boundless support and wisdom to her dear family. Her gentle presence will be profoundly missed by her three cherished grandchildren, who were the light of her life. Shuyuan's journey through life was marked by resilience and grace. Although predeceased by her son, daughter, and several beloved cousins and family members, she continued to embody hope and love, maintaining a close-knit family environment filled with warmth and understanding. Her legacy is one of kindness, perseverance, and the infinite love she bestowed upon those around her. Friends, family, and all those whose lives were touched by Shuyuan are invited to celebrate her life at a service on May 1, 2026. The service will be held at 11:00 AM at Holy Cross Cemetery, located at 5835 W. Slauson Ave, Culver City, California 90230. It will be a time to honor her memory and reflect on the wonderful moments shared with a remarkable woman who left an indelible mark on everyone she met.
