Shirley Ray (Feltey) Clark

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Shirley Ray (Feltey) Clark, who left this world peacefully at home surrounded by her devoted family on September 5, 2026. Shirley was born on August 20, 1943, in the bustling city of Dallas, Texas, to loving parents Ray and Bud Feltey. Shirley was the beloved wife of the late Tracy Clark Sr., with whom she shared a beautiful life and loving partnership. They were married on a snowy Christmas Eve, December 24, and were together for many cherished years. Together, they built a family filled with love, laughter, and countless memories. Shirley was a dedicated and nurturing mother to her children, Tracy Clark Jr. and Jeri Lynn. Her heart was further filled with joy by her grandchildren—Jessica, Steven, Sarah, Amanda, and Shelby. She was blessed to see her family expand with her great-grandchildren, Bradley, Fabian, Atlas, Leland, and Reyna, who brought her immense pride and happiness. She was predeceased by her parents Ray and Bud Feltey, her husband Tracy Clark Sr., and her siblings Betty, Bud, Joann, Janet, and Nadine. Shirley cherished her family deeply and carried the memory of those who had passed with her, sharing stories and keeping their spirits alive through her loving recounts and cherished traditions. Shirley was a devoted friend and neighbor, known for her warm smile, kind spirit, and willingness to lend a helping hand. Her love for life and people was reflected in her every action and in the relationships she formed throughout her life. In keeping with Shirley's wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held. The family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a charity of your choice in memory of Shirley. This gesture would honor her generous spirit and her lifelong commitment to giving. Shirley's legacy of love and kindness will forever be remembered by those who knew her. She leaves behind a family and community who will continue to celebrate her life and carry her memory in their hearts. Rest in peace, dear Shirley. You will be profoundly missed and tenderly remembered.
