Shelby Mason Malone

Shelby Mason Malone, a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, was born on May 22, 1973, in the quaint town of Moulton, Alabama. A vibrant soul, Shelby touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She passed away on October 16, 2020, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and resilience. Shelby was the cherished daughter of Bernard Mason, and the late Patricia Mason. She was a woman of profound strength who navigated life’s challenges with grace and unwavering courage. Her warmth and kindness were a guiding light to all who crossed her path, and her laughter was a melody that resonated with joy and hope. Shelby is proceeded in death by her beloved daughters, Rakeshia Mason and Tyrasha Mason, her grandparents, Neal and Mary Mason, as well as Lit Sanders Sr. and Hattie Sanders. Shelby is survived by her brother, Bret Mason, and her three loving sisters, Wanda Mason, Barbara Mason, and Arcy Jaggwe. A service to honor and celebrate Shelby's life will be held on October 24, 2026, at Wash Tilla Cemetery. It will be a time for family and friends to come together in remembrance of a remarkable woman who gave so much of herself to others. The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude for the outpouring of love, prayers, and support they have received during this difficult time of. Shelby Mason Malone will be dearly missed but never forgotten. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her, inspiring us all to live with the same love, courage, and kindness that she exemplified every day.
