Sharon Hagerman, a beloved mother, partner, sister, and friend, passed away on July 13, 2026, after a courageous battle with illness. Born on October 3, 1962, in Binghamton, NY, Sharon's life was a testament to love, resilience, and unwavering dedication to those she held dear. A proud alumna of Susquehanna Valley High School in Upstate New York, Sharon embarked on a journey of service and compassion. She joined the US Air Force, serving her country with honor from 1980 to 1982. After her military service, Sharon pursued a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where her natural empathy and nurturing spirit shone brightly as she cared for others. Later, she turned her entrepreneurial spirit toward the Great Smoky Mountains, where she owned a housekeeping company that specialized in cabin cleaning. Sharon was a woman of many talents and passions. A devout follower of her faith, she found immense joy and peace in studying the Bible. Her love for nature was evident in her appreciation for the world around her, and she had a special fondness for cats. In her younger years, Sharon expressed her artistic flair through painting, creating beautiful pieces that reflected her vibrant spirit. Known for her kindness and sharp sense of humor, Sharon was a beacon of love to her family. She cherished her role as a mother to her children, Brooke (Ruben) Manheim, Chandra (Chris) Brewer, and Johnathan (Alyssa) Hagerman, and adored her seven grandchildren: Anabel, Daisy, Ruben, Dahlia, Liliana, Juniper, and Torin. Sharon is also survived by her brother Robert Cline, along with a host of extended family and friends. Her family remembers her as a hardworking and devoted woman whose love knew no bounds. Though she faced her illness with remarkable strength, Sharon's legacy of love and laughter will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She is predeceased by her parents, Gary and Sharon Cline, and her great-grandmother Ruth Cummings, among others, who now welcome her into eternal peace. In keeping with Sharon's wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held. The family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude to all for their support and kindness during this difficult time. Those who wish to honor Sharon's memory are invited to do so through acts of kindness or by supporting a charity of their choice. Sharon will be forever in our hearts, a guiding light whose spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us.
