Sharon Roberts, a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, peacefully departed this world on July 29, 2026, at her home, surrounded by the love and warmth of her family. Born on August 14, 1953, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Sharon was a bright light who touched the lives of many through her kindness, generosity, and unwavering faith. Sharon was the cherished daughter of the late William and Mary Pauline Fitzpatrick. Her upbringing in Cincinnati laid the foundation for a life filled with love, compassion, and community service. Sharon attended Wester Hills High School and continued her academic journey at the University of Cincinnati, where she cultivated a love for learning and service. Her pursuit of knowledge led her to earn a master's degree from Loyola University, further equipping her for a life dedicated to nurturing and mentoring others. A devoted member of Saint Gabriel Catholic Church, Sharon's faith was the cornerstone of her life. She embodied the values of her faith through her involvement in various community-building activities and volunteer work. Sharon was not only a member of her church but a vital part of its heart and soul, consistently offering her time and talents to support others. Sharon's life was enriched by her passions, including card making, card games, and reading. Her creative spirit and love for these hobbies were ways she connected with others, always inviting friends and family to join her in joyful activities. Sharon will be remembered as a true friend and mentor, a woman who selflessly gave of herself to uplift those around her. Her legacy is one of building communities and spreading joy wherever she went. Sharon had a unique ability to bring people together, creating spaces where everyone felt valued and loved. Her presence was a gift to all who knew her, and she leaves behind a world that is brighter for having known her. Sharon is survived by her devoted husband, Dennis Roberts, and their loving daughters, Michelle Anderson and Amanda Roberts. She also leaves behind her siblings, Michael Fitzpatrick, Yvonne Kathman, Jeffery Fitzpatrick, and Kimberly DeLaet, who will forever cherish the memories of their sister’s warmth and wisdom. As we celebrate Sharon's life, her family invites those who wish to honor her memory to consider making a donation to the Diocese of Charlotte Seminarian, reflecting Sharon's lifelong commitment to faith and service. Though she is no longer with us in body, Sharon Roberts will forever remain in the hearts of those who were blessed to know her.
