It is with heavy hearts and profound gratitude for a life beautifully lived that we announce the passing of Sharon Masterson, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and cherished friend to many. Sharon departed this world on March 28, 2026, at the age of 74, at the Good Samaritan Hospital after a massive stroke. Her journey began in Cleveland, Ohio, where she was born to Mildred and Albert Masters on February 12, 1952, and where her story of kindness and dedication took root. Sharon's early years were spent in Cleveland, where she graduated from Princeton High School in 1968, setting the stage for a life devoted to caring for others. In 1974, she married the love of her life, Allen Graham, and together they raised three wonderful children: Allen Jr., Adam, and Alison. Her family grew to include 17 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, all of whom were the light of her life. For 50 years, Sharon worked as a hospice nurse, a vocation that perfectly suited her nurturing spirit and generous heart. She dedicated her professional life to The Glendale Place until her retirement in 2020. Her colleagues and patients alike remember her for her unwavering compassion, her ability to comfort those in their final days, and her unparalleled dedication to the field of nursing. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sharon was a woman of many talents and passions. She delighted in being a mother and grandmother, often seen in her kitchen preparing large meals for her ever-growing family. An avid sports fan, she could often be found cheering for her favorite team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, and particularly admired LeBron James for his talent and dedication to the game. Her love for sewing and knitting produced countless cozy blankets, each stitch a testament to her love for her family. Sharon's quick wit, fast comebacks, and warm smile were her trademarks, endearing her to all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her presence brought joy and laughter, and she leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and resilience. Sharon is predeceased by her parents, Mildred and Albert Masterson, and her sister, Sheila Masterson. She is survived by her devoted children, Allen, Adam, and Alison, as well as her treasured grandchildren and great-grandchildren, all of whom will carry her memory in their hearts. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 10:00 AM on April 11, 2026, at Lincoln Heights Baptist Church, located at 10010 Wayne Ave. The family extends a special thanks to the McCoy and Rolland families for their unwavering dedication and support during this difficult time. In honoring Sharon's memory, let us remember her for the love she gave, the lives she touched, and the indelible mark she left on this world. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
