March 21, 1954 — October 22, 2026

Sharon Ann Soluri, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on October 22, 2026, surrounded by the warmth and love of her devoted family and cherished friends. Born on March 21, 1954, in Niagara Falls, New York, Sharon graced the world with her beautiful smile and infectious laugh, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was predeceased by her parents Anthony Mattace and Jennie Berrettone, Sharon was raised in a loving home where she learned the values of kindness and connection. Predeceased by her parents, she cherished their memory and carried their lessons with her throughout her life. Sharon is survived by her loving husband, Robert, with whom she shared 42 years of marriage, beginning on October 26, 1984, in Niagara Falls. Together, they built a life filled with love, raising three wonderful children: Kenny (Melinda) Soluri, Stacy (John) Neri, and Anthony (Sherri Huff) Soluri. Sharon was a proud and doting grandmother to Sofia, Kenny Michael, Derek, and Dominic, and stepgrandmother to Bailey Gordon and Skyler Neri. Her family was her pride and joy, and she was a constant presence at her granddaughter Sofia's softball games, cheering enthusiastically as her number one fan. A graduate of Niagara High School's class of 1973, Sharon went on to work at local banks and later at Target, where she formed many lasting friendships. Her ability to engage in conversation and her supportive nature endeared her to colleagues and customers alike. In addition to her children, Sharon is survived by her brother, Anthony (Mary Jane) Mattace, Donna (late Ronnie) Lucarini, and seven nieces and nephews who will forever hold her dear in their hearts. Sharon was blessed with two great-grandchildren, who brought even more joy into her life. Her close friends, Sarah (Rich) Zacher, will miss her greatly, as will all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Sharon found joy in the simple pleasures of life—baking, spending time at the beach or pool, and sharing laughter with those she loved. Her legacy is one of love, warmth, and a heart that embraced everyone. A private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Sharon's life. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Sharon's memory to a charity of your choice. As Sharon's family reflects on the beautiful life she lived, they fondly remember her favorite saying, "I love you, a bushel and a peck and a hug around your neck." Her memory will forever be cherished, and her spirit will continue to inspire those who knew and loved her.
