It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sharia Jackson, a cherished daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, who departed this world peacefully in her sleep on April 29, 2026, at the age of 46. Born on December 6, 1979, in the United States, Sharia's life, though shorter than we would have hoped, was filled with love, laughter, and an indomitable spirit. Sharia was the beloved daughter of Cheryl and Edward Jackson, who nurtured her with unconditional love and support. She was a devoted sister to Errett Jackson and Marquez Jackson, and in her heart, she embraced Rick Jennings and Victor Jennings as her own brothers. Though Sharia never married, she shared a special bond with her loyal pet Chihuahua, Max, who was her constant companion and brought joy to her life. Throughout her journey, Sharia demonstrated immense courage and resilience, especially in the face of her battle with breast cancer. Her strength was a beacon of hope and inspiration to all who knew her. Sharia's warmth, kindness, and generosity touched the lives of everyone she met, leaving behind a legacy of compassion and love. Sharia's family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all the friends, caregivers, and loved ones who supported her during her times of need. Your kindness and empathy were a source of comfort and strength, and for that, we are eternally thankful. As shared by the family, "Forever in our hearts," Sharia will continue to live on in our memories and stories. In accordance with Sharia's wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held, allowing her family and close friends to celebrate her life in an intimate setting. As we honor Sharia's legacy, we remember her vibrant spirit and the indelible mark she left on our hearts. May Sharia Jackson rest in peace, knowing that she was deeply loved and will be dearly missed. Her memory will forever be cherished by those whose lives she touched.
