August 13, 1945 — May 7, 2026
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Shari Le Johnson, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and cherished friend, who left this world peacefully on May 7, 2026, at the age of 80. Shari’s life was a testament to love, kindness, and unwavering dedication to those she cherished.
Born on August 13, 1945, in Everett, WA, to Joy Ray McCrorey and Virginia Irene Stucky, Shari was a bright light in the lives of all who knew her. Her parents instilled in her a deep sense of compassion and community, values she carried throughout her life. Shari is now reunited with her beloved husband, David Allen Johnson, and her sons, Jeffrey Allen Johnson and Brian Wade Johnson, who predeceased her, along with her cherished parents.
Shari spent over six decades as a beautician, a career that allowed her to touch the lives of countless individuals with her warmth and genuine interest in their well-being. Her beauty salon was not just a place of work but a haven where stories were shared, laughter was abundant, and friendships blossomed. Her clients were more than just patrons; they were her extended family.
A woman of many talents, Shari was known for her artistic flair, which she expressed through cake decorating, crafting, and creating delightful desserts for church bake sales. Her passion for art was evident in every brushstroke and every lovingly crafted piece. She was an active member of her church and the Roosevelt Country Club, where she found joy in community and service.
Shari’s heart of gold shone brightly in her ceaseless dedication to helping others. Whether it was a friend in need or a family member seeking support, Shari was always there, ready to lend a hand and offer comfort. Her generosity and warmth were boundless, and her love knew no limits.
She is survived by her daughter, Susan Stalter, and her son, Dan Johnson, who will carry forward her legacy of kindness and resilience. Shari was a proud grandmother to seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, each of whom brought immense joy to her life. Her family was her greatest treasure, and she found immeasurable happiness in their laughter and successes.
As we reflect on Shari's life, we remember a woman whose spirit was as vibrant as the flowers she loved to paint, whose laughter was as bright as the sun, and whose love was as enduring as the mountains she called home. She leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and artistry that will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing her.
A celebration of Shari’s remarkable life will be held at her church in the coming days, where friends and family are invited to gather, share memories, and honor a life lived with grace and love. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to her church's community outreach program, a cause close to Shari’s heart.
Shari Le Johnson touched our lives in ways that words cannot fully capture. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit will forever remain in our hearts, a guiding light of love and kindness.
