December 20, 1973 — February 17, 2026
It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Shannon Lundy, a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, who left this world peacefully on February 17, 2026, at the age of 52. Born on December 20, 1973, Shannon was a beacon of light and love to all who knew her, and her departure leaves an irreplaceable void in our lives.
Shannon was the cherished daughter of Arnold Miller and Diana Keithline, who instilled in her the values of kindness, resilience, and generosity. Though she is now reunited with her grandparents, who predeceased her, she leaves behind a loving family who will continue to hold her memory dear. Her devoted husband, William, and her children and stepchildren were the center of Shannon’s world. Her sister, who was not only her sibling but also her lifelong confidante and friend, remains to honor and celebrate Shannon's remarkable life.
In her professional life, Shannon was a force to be reckoned with. She poured her heart and soul into her career at JE Dunn, where she excelled as a Project Manager and later as Vice President of the Federal Group. Her colleagues admired her for her exceptional intelligence, resourcefulness, and her unwavering passion for her work. Shannon’s strong views and determination to succeed made her a respected leader and an inspiring mentor to many.
Outside of her career, Shannon's passions were as vast as her heart was generous. She was a woman of diverse interests, from her love for her classic '65 Mustang to her thrill for barrel racing. Horses were a lifelong love for Shannon, and she found peace and joy in their company. Her adventurous spirit led her to explore the world, creating cherished memories with her family during their travels. Shannon was deeply passionate about her family and her career, always striving to balance both with grace and dedication.
Those who knew Shannon will remember her as an exceptionally giving person, always there to lend a helping hand or a listening ear. Her legacy of kindness and compassion continues to inspire all of us to live as she did: with an open heart and a fierce commitment to those we love.
In honoring Shannon’s memory, we celebrate a life well-lived, marked by love, laughter, and an indomitable spirit. Her warmth and strength will be forever missed but never forgotten. She has left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
A memorial service to honor Shannon’s life will be held at a later date, where we will gather to share stories, shed tears, and celebrate the incredible woman she was. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to a charity of your choice in Shannon’s name, continuing her legacy of giving and kindness.
Rest in peace, dear Shannon. You have touched our hearts in countless ways, and your spirit will live on in all of us.
