It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Shane Lawrence Moser, a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend, who departed from this world on July 14, 2026, at the age of 40. Shane was born on June 25, 1986, in Snellville, Georgia, to Teena Carr (Danny) and Mark Moser (Danni).
Shane was a man of gentle strength and unwavering kindness, known for his warm and loving personality. He had an innate ability to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable, a true testament to his compassionate spirit and caring nature.
He was a proud alumnus of Grayson High School, after which he pursued higher education at Southern Polytechnic State University, where he earned his bachelor's degree. Shane then dedicated six years of his life to serving his country in the United States Air Force, a period that shaped his character and instilled in him a profound sense of duty and honor.
Following his military service, Shane embarked on a successful career as a Pre-Construction Manager at Choate Construction Company. His dedication and hard work earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues and peers.
Shane's greatest joy in life was his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Sonya, and their cherished son, Wyatt. Shane relished the moments spent with Wyatt, especially their fishing and swimming adventures, creating memories that will forever be treasured. He is also survived by his brothers, Chad and Corey Moser, who shared in his life's journey, offering support and camaraderie.
Shane was preceded in death by his beloved grandparents, Winnerd and Betty Rodgers, who undoubtedly welcomed him with open arms.
A celebration of Shane's life will be held on July 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the McAlister-Smith Funeral and Cremation in Goose Creek, located at 869 St James Avenue, Goose Creek, South Carolina. Family and friends are invited to join in honoring Shane's remarkable life and legacy.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice, reflecting Shane's generous spirit and his desire to make a difference in the world.
