Shalansia was born on March 26, 2004, in Monroe, Louisiana, and departed from this world on August 5, 2026, leaving a legacy of love, kindness, and inspiration.
Daughter to Shanitra Qualls, Shalansia was a beacon of light, known for her infectious smile and compassionate spirit. Her life, though brief, was filled with moments of joy, laughter, and an unwavering commitment to making the world a better place. Shalansia was a bright spark, her presence bringing warmth and happiness to everyone she encountered. Her positive outlook and genuine care for others were evident in everything she did, touching countless lives along the way.
Shalansia's time with us was marked by her dedication to her studies, her passion for community service, and an innate ability to bring people together. Whether she was volunteering at local shelters, participating in school events, or simply lending a listening ear to a friend in need, Shalansia's selflessness and empathy shone through, leaving an indelible impact on those around her.
A celebration of Shalansia's life will be held on August 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Woodlawn Baptist Church, located at 202 Wood St, Rayville, LA 71269, United States. Family, friends, and all those whose lives were touched by Shalansia are invited to join in honoring her memory and celebrating the remarkable life she led.
