Scott Ethan Allen

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Scott Ethan Allen, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, and friend. Scott departed this life on September 4, 2026, at his home in Boiling Springs, SC, following a sudden cardiac event. Born on February 7, 1968, in Mount Clemens, MI, Scott brought joy and laughter to all who knew him. Scott was the cherished son of Ronnie and Lorraine Allen. He was a devoted husband to Leslie Allen, with whom he celebrated nearly 15 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they built a beautiful life, first in Shelby Township, MI, and later in Boiling Springs, SC, filled with love and laughter. Scott was the proud father of four daughters: Kayla (Alex), Madison (Michael), Allison, and Cassandra. He was also the adoring grandfather to Mckenna and Morgan, who brought him immense pride and joy. Scott's career as an Automotive Engineer spanned over 35 years, during which he was known for his exceptional skills and dedication. In 2026, he realized a lifelong dream by founding his own company, Allen Engineering Solutions, where he continued to innovate and inspire. Outside of his professional achievements, Scott was an active member of the Pentecostals of Spartanburg, where he formed lasting friendships and contributed to the community. His passion for sports was evident to all who knew him; he could engage in spirited conversations about the Detroit Lions, Detroit Tigers, and University of Michigan Football for hours on end. Scott also cherished his time on the golf course and took great pleasure in coaching softball for his younger children, imparting not only skills but also his love for teamwork and sportsmanship. Scott was renowned for his big presence and infectious laughter, qualities that made him the life of any gathering. He had an uncanny ability to tell jokes and brighten the day of those around him. Known for his kindness and generosity, Scott was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Scott is survived by his loving wife Leslie, his daughters Kayla, Madison, Allison, and Cassandra, and his grandchildren Mckenna and Morgan. He also leaves behind his siblings Ron, Shaun, and Tamara, who will forever cherish his memory. Scott's vibrant spirit and unwavering kindness will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. While our hearts ache with his passing, we find comfort in the countless memories and the love he shared with us all.
