Rowe, Scott carried forward the legacy of love and compassion instilled by his mother, who predeceased him, as well as his brother, Wayne Rowe, who also departed before him. Scott's journey through life was marked by an extraordinary ability to touch the hearts of those around him. Known for his quick wit and warm smile, he was always ready with a joke to lighten the mood, bringing laughter and joy wherever he went. Scott had an unparalleled gift for making everyone feel welcomed and valued, a testament to his kindness and generosity that left an indelible mark on countless lives. His beloved spouse, Debbie, stood by his side, sharing in the joys and challenges of life. He also leaves behind his four children: Jason, Sean, Crystal, and Patricia. Scott's love for his family was profound, and he took immense pride in the accomplishments and happiness of his children. Scott's siblings, Sue (Wayne) Bombard, Stewart Rowe, and Michelle (Long) Marvin, shared a bond of love and support that was a cornerstone of his life. The memories they created together, filled with laughter and affection, will be cherished forever. Though his passing leaves a void in our hearts, Scott's spirit will continue to shine brightly in the lives of all who knew him. He will be remembered fondly for the warmth and joy he brought into our world. In accordance with his wishes, a private funeral ceremony will be held to honor his life and legacy. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Scott's memory to a charity of your choice, celebrating his life of generosity and kindness. Scott's legacy is one of love, laughter, and the profound impact he had on those fortunate enough to know him. Though he is no longer with us, the memories of his life will remain a source of comfort and inspiration. May he rest in peace, forever in our hearts.
