She was the proud and loving mother of four sons: Gary (Peggy) Grimes, William (Denise) Grimes, Daniel Grimes, and Thomas (Kimberly) Grimes. Her legacy of love and kindness extends to her eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, each of whom carries forward her spirit of compassion and resilience. Sarah spent 12 fulfilling years as a special needs teacher for United Cerebral Palsy in Kissimmee, Florida. Her work touched countless lives, as she devoted herself to the education and empowerment of her students. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sarah was a woman of profound faith and grace. A service to honor the life of Sarah J Grimes will be held on April 14, 2026, at 9:00 AM at Osceola Memory Gardens, located at 1717 Old Boggy Creek Road, Kissimmee, FL.
