Sandy Lee Sharpe
April 16, 1939 — August 1, 2026
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Sandy Sharpe on August 1, 2026. Born on April 16, 1939, in Michigan, Sandy was a beacon of light and love to all who knew her.
Sandy was the cherished daughter of Bill and Eunice Mosher, who predeceased her. She grew up alongside her beloved siblings, Russ and Sharon, with whom she shared countless cherished memories. In June 1960, Sandy married the love of her life, Daniel Sharpe. Together, they built a beautiful life, raising two wonderful sons, Dan and Tim. Her family grew over the years, and Sandy took immense pride and joy in her nine grandchildren—Jacob, Danielle, Jackson, Nicole, Ewan, William, Lucy, Riley, and Joey—and was thrilled to welcome her great-grandchild, Carson.
A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, Sandy's kindness and generosity were felt by all who crossed her path. Her warmth and compassion were the hallmarks of a life well-lived. She was an active member of her church community, where her presence will be deeply missed.
Sandy had a passion for cooking and was known for her delicious recipes that brought family and friends together. She loved spending her days at the beach, relishing the serene moments of reading and relaxation. Her sweet nature and unwavering thoughtfulness left a lasting impression on everyone she encountered.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Cornerstone Caregiving for their compassionate care during Sandy’s final days. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of her devoted husband Daniel, her children and grandchildren, and all who were fortunate enough to know her.
