Born on January 9, 1952, in Reno, Nevada, she was the cherished daughter of Jessie and Armand Vielle, who preceded her in death alongside her beloved brother, Gary Vielle. Sandy's life was a tapestry of love, laughter, and music. With an infectious smile and a heart full of dreams, she was the life of any gathering, always ready to share a joke or a tune. Her love for music was profound, and she graced many stages with her stand-up bass, playing with several bluegrass organizations, including the Northern Nevada Bluegrass Association. Her melodies brought joy to countless others and will echo in the hearts of those who knew her. A devoted mother, Sandy is survived by her children, James and his fiancé, Austin, and Katrina and her husband, Greg. Her legacy of love continues through her four grandchildren, Kaden, Jacob, Lucas, and Logan, who were the light of her life. She is also fondly remembered by her sister, Sophie. Sandy was a dreamer who embraced life with a wild heart and a carefree spirit. She loved deeply and pursued new adventures with enthusiasm, leaving an indelible mark on all who crossed her path.
