May 21, 1998 — March 14, 2026

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Samuel Everette Tucker, a beloved son, brother, cousin, and friend, on March 14, 2026. Sam passed away peacefully at his residence due to natural causes arising from a medical condition. He was 27 years old. Born on May 21, 1998, in Salt Lake City, Sam was a beacon of light and love in the lives of everyone he encountered. He was the cherished son of Patrick Tucker and the late LeeAnn Tucker, and the beloved stepson of Sherry Tucker. Sam was also blessed with a loving father figure in Elizabeth Tucker Kyriopolous. His family tree was further enriched by his brother, Avery Tucker; his aunts and uncles, Marianne and Kevin Fenn, and Angie Nielsen; and his cousins, Lindsey Shaw and Alec and Lindsay Nielsen. Each of them held a special place in his heart, as he did in theirs. Sam graduated from Murray High School in Murray, Utah, in 2016. He was an exceptional individual, known for his saintly personality and his boundless kindness. Sam never met a stranger, and his incredible ability to connect with people meant he had more friends than one could count. His friendships were treasures to him, and he cherished each one deeply. Known for his HUGE heart, Sam was a lover of life’s simple joys. He found pleasure in golfing and indulging in video games, but his greatest passion was his love for animals. His gentle nature was evident in his unwillingness to harm even the smallest of creatures. Sam was a devoted family man, and his friends and family meant everything to him. Sam's life was a testament to the power of kindness, acceptance, and love. He never judged anyone and was always there for those in need. He was a patient listener and valued being heard—a rare quality that made him a trusted confidant and a beloved friend. As we prepare to lay Sam to rest, the family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to all caregivers and friends who supported him throughout his life. Your kindness and compassion did not go unnoticed, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Sam's passing leaves a void that can never be filled, but his spirit will continue to inspire and uplift all who knew him. He is predeceased by his mother, LeeAnn Tucker; his father figure, Elizabeth Tucker Kyriopolous; and his grandparents, Bud and Charlotte Brumley. We find comfort in knowing that they are reunited now. In honor of Sam's life, we encourage everyone to continue to spread kindness and love, just as he did every day. Let us remember him for his warmth, his light, and his unyielding love for all living things. May his soul rest in peace, and may his memory be a blessing to us all.
