With profound sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved Samantha E. Miller, who left this world far too soon on February 16, 2026, at the age of 38. Born in the quaint town of Red Rock, California, on April 17, 1987, Samantha's life was a testament to strength, dedication, and the love she shared with those around her. Samantha's journey was marked by her unwavering commitment to her career and her country. A proud member of the U.S. Navy, she served with distinction, achieving the rank of sergeant while stationed in Germany. Her years of service were characterized by honor and a deep sense of duty, values she carried with her throughout her life. After her distinguished military service, Samantha pursued a career as a dental hygienist, graduating at the top of her class in 2021 while on rotation in Nguyun, Japan. Her passion for her work and her patients was evident to all who knew her, and she brought light and care to each person she encountered in her professional life. Samantha was a devoted daughter and sister, cherished by her surviving family members. She is deeply missed by her loving mother, who resides in San Antonio, Texas, and her two wonderful sisters in Mississippi, with whom she shared a close and cherished bond. At this time, the family wishes to keep their names private as they navigate the profound loss of their dear Samantha. Her untimely departure was due to a tragic accident, and in the wake of this heartbreaking event, the family extends their deepest condolences and prayers to all who knew her. They also wish to express their gratitude for the overwhelming support and encouragement they have received during this difficult time. Samantha was predeceased by her mother, Tabitha, and her spirit is carried on by those she leaves behind. Her life, though cut short, was full of purpose and meaning, and her impact will be felt for years to come. In honor of Samantha's memory, the family has requested that donations be made to the American Heart Association, a cause close to her heart. A private funeral ceremony will be held to celebrate Samantha's life, in accordance with the family's wishes.
