Samaji Arron Webb

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Samaji Arron Webb, who left us far too soon on October 16, 2026. Born on December 12, 2020, in Jackson, Mississippi, Samaji was a beacon of light and joy to everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. From the moment he entered this world, Samaji brought a unique sparkle that touched the hearts of all around him. He possessed an infectious smile and a delightful sense of humor that could brighten even the gloomiest of days. With a playful spirit, he had an uncanny ability to make everyone in the room laugh, often with his endearing goofiness and penchant for playful tricks. Samaji was a child of the outdoors, finding immense joy and freedom in the simple pleasures of nature. Whether it was running through the grass or exploring the wonders of the world around him, he embraced every moment with exuberance. Yet, he also cherished the quiet moments spent indoors, playing on his beloved PlayStation, where his imagination could soar and adventures were limitless. He was the cherished son of Samantha Girod and Fernando Webb, who adored him beyond measure. The loss of Samaji is also deeply felt by his extended family, who treasured every moment with him. He is predeceased by his grandmother Betty Girod, grandfather Carl Girod, and uncle Christopher Girod, who we know are now holding him in their loving embrace. A service to honor and celebrate Samaji's beautiful life will be held on November 7, 2026, at 9:00 AM at Riser Funeral Home. We invite all those whose lives were touched by Samaji to join us in remembering the joy he brought to our lives. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice, in memory of Samaji's generous spirit and love for life. Though his time with us was fleeting, Samaji's spirit will forever remain in our hearts, reminding us to find joy in the simple things and to never let go of the childlike wonder within us all.
