Sal was born on April 10, 1950, in the vibrant heart of Mexico City, Mexico, to his loving parents, Manuela and Salvador Rodriguez. His journey of life was marked by love, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to his family and community.
Sal was a man whose life was a testament to the values of love, kindness, and resilience. He shared over 35 years of joy and happiness with his wife, Ana Rodriguez, who was his companion and confidante through life's joys and challenges. Together, they created a legacy of love, raising a beautiful family that stands as a testament to their enduring bond.
A proud and loving father, Sal leaves behind a family that was the center of his world. He is survived by his sons, Ivan, Sal, Steve, Bryan, and Christopher Rodriguez, and his daughters, Elsy Francis, Tania Stroud, Karla Ramirez, and Heather Rodriguez. Each of them carries forward his legacy of strength, compassion, and integrity.
Sal's heart was especially warmed by his ten grandchildren, who were the light in his eyes and the joy in his heart. Michael and Mileena Francis, Gabriel Sosa, Gavin Stroud, Giselle and Emily Martinez, Eric and Layla Flores, Scarlet and Carter Rodriguez brought him immeasurable happiness and pride. A celebration of Sal's life will take place on May 21, 2026, at 5:00 PM at the Legacy North Hollywood Chapel, Christ Chapel of the Valley, located at 11316 Magnolia Boulevard, Burbank, CA 91601. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of a remarkable man who brought light and love into the lives of so many.
