Born on March 26, 1970, in Chicago, Illinois, Sabrina was a beacon of resilience and compassion, known for her fearless spirit and unwavering determination. Sabrina was the cherished daughter of Bitty, who instilled in her the values of kindness and perseverance. Her life was marked by both triumphs and trials, yet she faced each challenge with a remarkable ability to find a way from no way, always managing to make it through with grace and strength. Though she did not graduate from Tilden High School, Sabrina was committed to lifelong learning and was in the process of obtaining her GED when her health began to decline. Her dedication to personal growth was commendable and a testament to her unyielding spirit. Sabrina's career was as varied as it was impactful. She worked many jobs throughout her life, each one a stepping stone in her journey of self-discovery and service to others. Most recently, after relocating to Las Vegas, she found her true calling in giving back to the community. Sabrina devoted her time and energy to feeding the homeless, preparing home-cooked meals with love and care. Her generosity was boundless, and her kitchen was a sanctuary of hope for many in need. Sabrina's life was filled with love and devotion to her family, though she endured the heart-wrenching loss of her children—daughters Jelani and Selena, and sons Vincent and Ricky. She was a proud grandmother to three grandchildren, who were the light of her life and whom she cherished dearly. Predeceased by her beloved children, Sabrina leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and community service. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched with her kindness and strength. As we mourn the loss of Sabrina, we also celebrate the beautiful life she lived, a life that inspired so many to be better and do better. Her spirit will continue to guide us, reminding us of the power of love and the strength of the human spirit. In honoring Sabrina's memory, let us carry forward her legacy of compassion and determination, ensuring that her light continues to shine brightly in the world. A memorial service will be held to celebrate Sabrina’s life, where family and friends are invited to share their memories and honor her incredible journey.
