Rudy Blas Seballos
January 18, 1957 — August 14, 2026
It is with deep sorrow and heartfelt love that we announce the passing of Rudy Blas Seballos, a cherished son, brother, father, grandfather, and friend, who left this world on August 14, 2026. Born on January 18, 1957, in the beautiful village of Tamuning, Guam, Rudy was the first born and oldest of six children.
The son of the late Ricardo Herodico and Gloria Benavente Blas Seballos, Rudy carried forward the values instilled in him by his parents: kindness, respect, a strong sense of loyalty and generosity to family, and a commitment to honoring his promises.
Rudy was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Teresita Munoz Borja Seballos, with whom he shared a lifetime of love and partnership for forty three years. Together, they raised their daughters, Corina Therese and Bernice Jean, who preceded him in death. He will be affectionately remembered by his sole surviving child, Glorialynn, and her husband Anthony Quitugua, and his grandchildren: Adonijah James, Giana Julia, and Laramie Cheyenne.
There are also his Step-Grandchildren: Leanza, Randolph, Shane, Terilyn, Carmen, Samantha, Nathan, Paula Jean, Chae David, Francine, and Destiny
And Step-Great-Grandchildren: Dante, Davante, Alice, Caleb, Callie, Shane Jr., Su Nae, Sai Tano, Braddly, Seana, Todd, Zackary, Zevah, Emmanuel, Elsa, Evan, Emma, Renee, and Areina.
His siblings, Lourdes and her husband Nemesio Gonzales with their children Andrew and Mark; Harry and his wife Judy Ramos Seballos with their children Russchel, Doreen, and Harry John II; Patrick Seballos; Richard Seballos Jr.; Raymond and his wife Marlin Bustillo Seballos with their child TJ; as well as Aunt Maria Blas Petros of California with her children Sylvia and John, remember him fondly.
Rudy will be honored in a service on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12 Noon at the Guam Memorial Park in Barrigada, Guam. Burial will follow at the cemetary in that location. Friends and family are invited to attend.
Rudy’s presence was a light in the lives of many, and he leaves behind a legacy of love, hard work, self-sacrifice, and giving to those who don't have much. He is loved beyond words and missed beyond measure. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to be there!
