September 20, 1939 — August 18, 2026

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Roselyn Carol Perry, a beloved mother, grandmother, teacher, and friend, who left this world peacefully at her home on August 18, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Born on September 20, 1939, in Ripon, Wisconsin, Roselyn was the cherished daughter of John and Margaret Schneckenberg. Roselyn dedicated her life to the service of others, both in her career and personal life. A devoted teacher, she inspired countless students with her passion for learning and her genuine care for their well-being. Beyond the classroom, Roselyn extended her nurturing spirit through volunteer work, spending many hours at hospital gift shops and coffee shops, where she brought comfort and joy to patients and visitors alike. Her love for nature was evident in her flourishing garden, where she tended to her plants with the same love and attention she gave to her family and friends. Known for her radiant smile and her readiness to lend a helping hand, Roselyn touched the lives of many with her kindness and generosity. Roselyn was preceded in death by her parents, John and Margaret, and her beloved husband Ralph, with whom she shared 57 wonderful years of marriage. She leaves behind a legacy of love through her children, Sean (Kathleen) Perry and Lisa (Justin) Nero, her adored grandchildren Adam, Canyon, and Stella, and her precious great-grandchildren Liam and Tiva. Her brother David Schneckenberg, along with her nieces and nephews, also survive her and will continue to cherish her memory. A service to celebrate Roselyn’s remarkable life will be held at St. Phillip’s the Apostle located at 312 Victoria St, Green Bay, WI. Visitation will be at 11am with a service to start at noon. Family, friends, and all whose lives she touched are invited to gather in remembrance of her gentle spirit and unwavering love. The Perry family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Home Instead and Unity Hospice for their compassionate love and care as well as Sister Helen for her supporting friendship. Roselyn will be dearly missed, but her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire all who knew her. In lieu of gifts or flowers donations in Roselyn’s name can be made to Unity Hospice.
