It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Rose Moreno on July 28, 2026. Born on October 27, 1947, in Buena Park, California, Rose was the beloved daughter of the late Abel and Helen Moreno. Her life's journey was a testament to love, resilience, and unwavering faith. Rose was brought up in a close-knit family alongside her siblings, Louis, Marty, Richard, Gilbert, and Ramona, all of whom predeceased her. She cherished her roots and often spoke fondly of her parents and siblings, drawing strength and inspiration from the beautiful memories they created together. Her most cherished role was that of a loving mother to her children: Mary, Philip, Vicky, Jean, and Dean. Rose's nurturing spirit and boundless love extended to her son-in-law, Billy, and her four adored grandchildren: Frank, Victoria, Isabella, and Weston. She was a beacon of light in their lives, providing guidance, support, and endless love. Her grandchildren were the jewels of her heart, and she took immense pride in their every achievement. Rose's life was marked by her deep faith and dedication to her community. Her warmth and kindness touched all who had the privilege of knowing her. She had an extraordinary ability to make everyone feel special, with a smile that could brighten the darkest days. A service in celebration of Rose's life will be held on August 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Peter and St. Paul Catholic Church, located at 9135 Banyan Street, Alta Loma, California. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Rose are invited to join in honoring her remarkable life. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to a charity of your choice, in memory of Rose's generous spirit and commitment to making the world a better place. Though she has left this earthly realm, Rose's legacy of love, compassion, and faith will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew her. Her spirit will continue to inspire and guide her family and friends, just as it did throughout her life. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
