Rose was the cherished daughter of John and Mary Carter, who preceded her in death, and the beloved sister of Linda, Beatrice, and Janette Carter. Her family roots in Girard, Georgia, were a source of profound pride and connection for Rose throughout her life. A graduate of Burke County High School, Rose dedicated her life to the nurturing profession of home healthcare. Her career was a testament to her innate capacity for compassion and kindness. She provided care and comfort to those in need, embodying the true essence of humanity and service. Her gentle demeanor and empathetic nature left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of receiving her care. Rose was a loving and caring person whose warmth touched the lives of everyone she met. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she found immense joy in their every accomplishment and milestone. In honor of her wishes, a private funeral service will be held on June 13, 2026, at 7:20 PM. While the ceremony will be intimate, the family invites friends and loved ones to celebrate Rose's life by embodying the kindness and love she so effortlessly shared with the world. Though Rose has left this earthly realm, her legacy of love and compassion will endure in the hearts of those she touched. Her memory will forever be a blessing, and her spirit will continue to inspire acts of kindness and empathy.
