He is survived by his devoted wife, Nicole V. Gannon, with whom he shared a joyful and adventure-filled life. Together, they raised three wonderful children, Sammy, Drake, and Lexie, who were his pride and joy. Roscoe was also a doting grandfather to one grandchild who brought him immense happiness.
