In Loving Memory

Rosalind Fouli
January 16, 2026 — February 26, 2026
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Rosalind Fouli, a beloved mother, sister, friend, and caregiver, who left this world far too soon on February 26, 2026. Born on January 16, 2026, in Port Orange, Florida, her brief yet profoundly impactful presence touched the lives of all who had the privilege to know her.
Rosalind was a beacon of warmth and compassion, known for her gentle spirit and unwavering dedication to helping others. She devoted 37 years of her life to nursing, a career that was not only her profession but her calling. Her colleagues and patients at Halifax Hospice, along with her many friends at the hospital and the YMCA, can attest to the kindness and care she extended to everyone she encountered.
Educated at Huntington High and later at DBC Daytona, Rosalind's commitment to her field was evident from the start. Her selfless service and nurturing nature were her trademarks, leaving an indelible mark on the community she served so diligently.
Rosalind was a cherished member of her family, a loving mother to her son Michael Fouli, and her daughters, Deborah Fouli and Karlene Durgin. She carried forward the legacy of her parents, who predeceased her, with grace and strength. Her sisters, Yvette Ingraham and Janice Wellspeak, and brother, James Lepage, who also preceded her in death, now welcome her into their eternal embrace.
Outside of her professional life, Rosalind found joy in gardening, a passion that mirrored her nurturing soul. Her garden was a place of beauty and tranquility, much like the love she cultivated within her family and friendships. Those who knew her remember her as the very embodiment of warmth, her presence a comforting balm to all who were fortunate enough to be in her company.
A cremation service will be held on Sunday, followed by a memorial service to honor Rosalind's life on March 1, 2026, at 2:10 PM, at the Church of Epiphany. Here, family, friends, and colleagues will gather to celebrate the life of a woman whose compassion and love for others knew no bounds.
As we mourn the sudden loss of Rosalind Fouli to a cerebrovascular accident, we also celebrate the beautiful life she lived and the countless lives she touched. She will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. May her legacy of love and kindness continue to inspire us all.
