Ronald left this world on September 20, 2026, at the age of 69, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Born on March 14, 1957, in Jacksonville, Florida, Ronald was the beloved son of Jack Walter Snyder and Annie Myrtle Haddock. He was predeceased by his loving parents, his daughter Audrey Snyder, and his nephew Brett Mims, all of whom he held close in his heart. Ronald is survived by his devoted wife, Rita Snyder, with whom he shared a life full of love and partnership. His legacy lives on through his children, Ashley (Michael) Snyder-Baskin and JackLynn (Jerry), who carry forward his spirit and values. Ronald's siblings, Sharon (Thomas) Divine, Donald Snyder, Mark (Misty) Gladden, and Frances (Ricky) Carroll, remember him as a guiding light and a cherished family member. He was a proud grandfather to Desirae, Kashe, Ben, Demorie, Dezaki, Jamison, and JerryLee, who will forever hold dear his stories and the warmth of his embrace. Ronald was also blessed with the friendship of Carlos Dixon, a companion who shared in both his joys and challenges. An avid fisherman and hunter, Ronald found joy and tranquility in the great outdoors. His quick wit and warm smile were his trademarks, always ready with a joke to brighten anyone’s day. Known for his kindness and generosity, he touched countless lives, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him. A service to honor Ronald's life will be held on September 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Ephesus Baptist Church, located at 48143 Ephesus Road, Hilliard, FL 32189. Family and friends are invited to celebrate his life and share in the memories that defined him. Ronald Snyder's life was a testament to love, family, and friendship. Though he will be greatly missed, the joy and laughter he brought into the world will continue to resonate in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
