Ronald was a devoted husband, and their 29 years together were filled with travel, adventure, and an unwavering bond that inspired everyone who knew them. Ronald was a proud father to his son David, who, along with his wife Marina, resides in Texas. He also lovingly embraced his role as a stepfather to Rhonda Cady of Palatine, IL. His heart swelled with pride for his cherished grandchildren, Samantha (Mathew) Mallec-Medla of Las Vegas, NV, and Jeremy Mallec of Michigan, who brought immense joy and happiness into his life. A man of deep faith, Ronald was a dedicated member of the Church of the Good Shepherd in Oswego, IL. His involvement in the church community was a reflection of his generous spirit and desire to give back. He found solace and strength in his faith, which guided him through life's trials and triumphs. Ronald's interests were as diverse as they were enriching. He was an avid reader who possessed an insatiable curiosity about the world. His love for travel was shared with Nancy and their friends, creating lasting memories and deepening bonds with those he held dear. Ronald's passing leaves a void that can never be filled, but his legacy of love, kindness, and integrity will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched. He was predeceased by his loving parents, Henry and Attila, and his dear sister, Bev, with whom he is now reunited in eternal peace.
