Ronald Eaton, a beloved companion, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away peacefully at his home on September 15, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on July 12, 1961, in Boston, Ron was a man whose presence brought joy and warmth to those around him.
Ron was predeceased by his parents, Robert Eaton and Jeannette Booth, and his brothers, Brian, Richard, and Daniel. He is survived by his devoted companion of 40 years, Donna Sharp, who stood by his side through life's many adventures. He also leaves behind his brothers, Robert Eaton and Todd Booth; his cherished niece, Vanessa Eaton; and nephews, Eric Eaton and Samuel Booth.
Throughout his career, Ron worked at Scottish Highlands Golf and Green Meadow Golf, where he was more than just an employee; he was a friend to many golfers and colleagues alike. His passion for golf was not only a job but a way of life, and he cherished every moment spent on the greens.
Ron was a gifted musician, renowned for his ability to play any instrument he picked up. He played in bands across the area, sharing his love for music with countless audiences. His talent extended beyond playing; he had a unique flair for building guitars into masterpieces. Music was the soundtrack to his life, and he shared this gift generously with the world.
In addition to music, Ron loved the open road, often taking his beloved Mustang for drives to the beach or the mountains. An avid golfer, he enjoyed spending time on the course with friends, where laughter and camaraderie were as important as the game itself.
He also loved his Patriot football team and looked forward to cooking and watching the games on Sunday.
Known for his kindness and generosity, Ron was a man who lived to give. He was an extraordinary cook who delighted in preparing meals for others, often cooking for an army even when it was just the two of them. Family, neighbors, and coworkers were frequently the lucky recipients of his culinary creations.
Ron found solace in nature, particularly in the company of wild birds, with whom he seemed to share a special connection. Watching them brought him peace and added a touch of magic to his days.
A private funeral ceremony will be held to honor Ron's life, during which family and close friends will gather to remember the love and joy he brought into their lives. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Ron's memory.
Ronald Eaton's legacy is one of love, music, and generosity. He touched many lives with his kindness and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. His spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those he loved and those who loved him in return.
