Romelia Gomez Calderon was born February 24th, 1943. She worked the fields with her parents until she met Edward Calderon Sn at the age of 15 years old. she then married him and moved to El mirage Az. Later in life they built and started a church. and that would be the first of many churches started in Arizona. She had two sons and raised many children as her own. She loved the Lord with all her heart until her last breath on July 29th,2026. she is survived by her two sons. many grandchildren and great grandchildren. nieces and nephews, sisters and brothers. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
