Roger Lee Christianson, a beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, and partner, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones at Vibra Hospital in Fargo, ND. Born on December 19, 1957, in Fargo, Roger was a beacon of warmth and humor to all who knew him. He was 68 years old at the time of his passing. Roger was the cherished son of Edward and Frances (Knudtson) Christianson, who preceded him in death, along with his dear brothers Keith, David, and Mark. He is survived by his devoted life partner, Rosie Arechigo, with whom he shared a lasting and loving relationship since 1994. Together, they created a life filled with joy and companionship. A proud father, Roger is lovingly remembered by his children: Misty Ness, Brandon (Jennifer) Christianson, Sabrina (Anthony) Christianson, and Athena Johnson. His legacy continues through his treasured grandchildren, John, Kiera, Aria Christianson, and Benjamin and Anthony Falcon Jr. He also leaves behind his siblings, Diane Christianson, Debra Christianson, Doreen (Stephen) Edgett, and Lyle Christianson, along with many nieces and nephews. Roger married Michelle Brown in 1988, and together they welcomed three wonderful children before parting ways in 1995. His dedication to family was unwavering, and he took immense pride in the home he built, nurturing it as a sanctuary for his loved ones. A hardworking and devoted man, Roger began his professional journey in 1974 with Pepsi Co, where he dedicated 38 years until his retirement in 2012. His commitment to his work was paralleled by his service in the National Guard in 1975, where he served his country with honor. Roger's life was filled with diverse interests and passions. He was a spirited member of both the Teamsters and the Golden Spurs, embodying the camaraderie and loyalty these organizations represent. Those who knew him best recall his love for horseback riding, fishing, hunting, and his affinity for cars. An avid musician, Roger enjoyed playing the guitar and accordion, often sharing his talents with family and friends. His playful nature shone through in his fondness for pranks and his enjoyment of playing pool, darts, horseshoes, and croquet. His evenings were often spent indulging in western movies and the intriguing tales of "Tales of the Crypt." Above all, Roger was a family man, known for his ability to stretch a penny and his dedication to those he loved. His humor, warmth, and steadfastness will be dearly missed but fondly remembered. In accordance with Roger's wishes, a private funeral service will be held on September 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a charity of your choice in Roger's honor, to continue his legacy of kindness and generosity. Roger Lee Christianson leaves behind a profound legacy of love, laughter, and resilience. His spirit will forever be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
