In Loving Memory
Robin Rae Shryock
March 18, 1949 — April 22, 2026
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robin Rae Shryock, who departed this world on April 22, 2026. Robin passed peacefully at her home, surrounded by the comforting presence of her devoted husband, Steve, and her cherished fur babies, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness that will continue to inspire all who knew her.
Born on March 18, 1949, in Dayton, Ohio, Robin was the daughter of Charles Vernon and Betty Elaine Wishmeier and the beloved sister of Keith.
Robin was a woman of remarkable resilience and unwavering strength. Her life was a testament to the power of love, compassion, and the importance of faith and family. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, treasured grandmother and great-grandmother, and a loyal friend to many.
Robin is survived by her husband, Steve; her children, Tiffany (Garry) and Nick (April), who were the pride and joy of her life; her grandchildren, Jacob (Payton), Alex, Claire, and Kate; and her great-grandchildren, Oakley and Weller. She found immense happiness in the laughter and energy of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and delighted in watching them grow and thrive.
Her passing leaves a void that can never truly be filled, but her spirit will forever remain a guiding presence in the lives of those who knew and loved her. As we say goodbye, we take comfort in knowing she is now in our Heavenly Father’s arms, reunited with friends and family and embraced once more in the eternal light of their love.
Robin will be honored with a Celebration of Life on May 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. As family and friends gather to remember her, they will celebrate the incredible light she brought into the world and the indelible mark she left on every heart she touched.
Rest in peace, dear Robin. Though your journey on earth has ended, your legacy of love, kindness, and grace will endure forever in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know you. Until we meet again.
