Robin passed peacefully at her home in the comforting presence of her devoted husband, Steve, and her cherished fur babies, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness that will continue to inspire all who knew her. Born on March 18, 1949, in Dayton, Ohio, Robin was the beloved daughter of Charles Vernon and Betty Elaine Wishmeier. Her early years were filled with joy and adventure, under the watchful and loving eyes of her parents, and alongside her brother, Keith, who predeceased her. The Wishmeier household was one of warmth and laughter, values that Robin carried with her throughout her life. Robin was a woman of remarkable resilience and unwavering strength. Her life was a testament to the power of love and the importance of family. She was the beloved wife of Steve, with whom she shared 29 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they built a life full of love and happiness, creating a home that was a sanctuary for their family and friends. A devoted mother, Robin is survived by her children, Melissa, Tiffany (Garry), and Nikolai (April), who were the pride and joy of her life. She nurtured them with warmth, wisdom, and an unconditional love that knew no bounds. Her legacy of compassion and kindness lives on in them and their families. Robin was also a cherished grandmother to Jacob (Payton) and Alex, and a great-grandmother to Oakley and Weller. She delighted in the laughter and energy of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, finding immense joy in watching them grow and thrive. Her home was often filled with the sounds of their laughter, a testament to the deep bonds she cultivated with each of them. Robin's life will be celebrated in a service on May 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM. As we gather to remember her, we will honor the incredible light she brought into our lives and the indelible mark she left on our hearts. Her passing leaves a void that will never be filled, but her spirit will forever remain a guiding presence in the lives of those who knew and loved her.
