Robin Kathleen Taylor

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Robin Kathleen Taylor, 76, who passed at the Piketon Nursing Center on September 28, 2026. Robin was born on November 5, 1949 to John F. (Jack) and Shirley (Free) Taylor. Robin was a 1968 graduate of Paint Valley High School. She was a dedicated employee at Johnson Controls for 38 years, before retiring in 2008. Her life was graced with the love and devotion of her only child, her son, Joshua, and his wife, Toni. Robin's legacy of love continues through her cherished granddaughter, Kristin, and her husband, Shane Fields, as well as her loving grandson, Zachary Taylor, and two great-granddaughters, Addyson Mitchell and Zoey Fields, both of whom she adored. Preceding her in death were her beloved parents, her brother John T. (Tim) Taylor, and her best friend, Patsy Montgomery. The loss of these cherished family members and friends left a void in her heart, yet she carried their memories with her throughout her life. She is survived by several cousins and dear friends, including Peggy Daughtery, Hop Weatherhead, Rhonda Purdum, and Joy Burke. Her faithful canine companion, Rocky, also remains a beloved part of her family. Arrangements are pending.
