It is with deep sadness and heartfelt love that we announce the passing of Roberta "Bobbi" Sobilo, a cherished soul who left us on July 6, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on April 22, 1969, in Buffalo, NY, to loving parents James and Gloria Nedimyer. Bobbi's vibrant spirit and infectious humor made every room brighter and every heart lighter.
Bobbi's life was a testament to joy, laughter, and resilience. Known for her joking ways, she had an unparalleled ability to make those around her smile. Her laughter was contagious, and her warmth enveloped all who had the privilege of knowing her. Bobbi's kindness and humor will be remembered by many and cherished by all.
She is survived by her devoted fiancé, Djuro Vudragovic, who stood by her side with love and support. Bobbi is also lovingly remembered by her siblings Gregory (Jennifer) Sobilo, Marissa (Thomas) Crawford, and Brent Sobilo. She shared a close bond with her stepdaughter Elizabeth Vudragovic, and her dear friends Tammy, Jim, and Paula. Her legacy continues through her four precious grandchildren, who were the light of her life.
A celebration of Bobbi's life will take place on July 9, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Laing Funeral Home, located at 2724 W. Church Street, Eden, NY 14057. Family, friends, and all whose lives Bobbi touched are invited to join in remembering her remarkable journey and the joy she brought into the world.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute, in gratitude for the compassionate care they provided to Bobbi. The family extends their heartfelt thanks to Roswell for their dedication and support during her battle.
Bobbi's family finds comfort in knowing that her spirit remains with them, guiding them with her love and laughter. She will be profoundly missed but forever remembered in the hearts of all who knew her.
