Roberta Sobilo
April 22, 1969 — July 6, 2026
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Roberta Ann "Bobbi" Sobilo (Nedimyer). Roberta left this earthly plane on July 6, 2026, holding the hand of her beloved mother after a treacherous 2 and a half year long battle with multiple cancers, which she faced with the spunk, tenacity with an insolent attitude we all knew and loved about her. She was born on April 22, 1969, in Eden, NY, to loving parents James and Gloria Nedimyer. Bobbi's exuberant spirit and infectious humor made every room brighter and every heart lighter.
Bobbi's life was a testament to joy, laughter, and resilience. Known for her joking ways, she had an ability to make those around her smile. Her laughter was contagious, and her warmth enveloped all who had the privilege of knowing her. Bobbi's kindness and humor will be remembered by many and cherished by all.
She is survived by her devoted fiancé, Djuro Vugdragovic, who stood by her side with love and support. Bobbi is also lovingly remembered by her children Gregory (Jennifer) Sobilo, Marissa (Thomas) Crawford, Brent Sobilo, Elizabeth Vugdragovic. Also her siblings, Tammie Nedimyer, James W. Nedimyer Jr. (Late Sandy) and Paula Kramer. Her legacy continues through her four precious grandchildren.
A celebration of Bobbi's life will take place on July 9, 2026, 3:00 PM till 7 PM at Laing Funeral Home, located at 2724 W. Church Street, Eden, NY 14057. July 10th at 11AM there will be a funeral service at Eden United Methodist Church. 2820 E.Church Street, Eden, NY, 14057. Family, friends, and all whose lives Bobbi touched are invited to join in remembering her remarkable journey and the joy she brought into the world.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute, in gratitude for the compassionate care they provided to Bobbi during her battle.
Bobbi's family finds comfort in knowing that her pain free spirit remains with them, guiding them with her love. She will be missed but forever remembered in the hearts of all who knew her.
